She brings over two decades of experience across Civil, Criminal, and Commercial Law. Her professional journey includes empanelment with prominent institutions such as BSNL, Indian Oil Corporation, ICICI Bank, Northern Railways, and LIC of India.
A certified mediator and trainer, she formerly held the position of Additional Director at the Delhi Dispute Resolution Society (DDRS), Government of NCT of Delhi, and has received multiple commendations from government agencies for her work. A strong advocate for women’s rights and workplace equality, she has served as President of the Arbitration & Conciliation Council, Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI). Her career also includes senior roles in legal advisory and mediation training both in India and abroad.
