She possesses extensive experience in handling original, appellate, and writ jurisdiction matters before various courts of law. Her areas of specialization include Civil and Matrimonial Disputes.
She served as the Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand before Supreme Court for over 9 years. A certified mediator, Ms. Choudhary is empanelled with the Supreme Court Mediation Centre and has participated in multiple mediation training programs, including those conducted by Delhi Dispute Resolution Society and the MCPC in coordination with Supreme Court Bar Association.
With an experience of more than 3 decades on this field, she has successfully helped various companies as well as individuals to settle complex disputes with her extraordinary negotiation and communication skills. She has also actively worked as an External Member of Internal Complaints Committees under the POSH Act for reputed organizations including Greenfuel Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Safexpress Pvt. Ltd.
