Mr. Ashutosh Kumar

A legal professional with over 25 years of experience in advising multi-national and Indian corporations on investment structuring, corporate law, and regulatory compliance in India. An alumnus of Campus Law Centre, University of Delhi (Class of 1999), he commenced his legal career as a litigator under the mentorship of legal luminary Dr. S.K. Verma.,
His core areas of specialization include tax and legal advisory in cross-border transactions, financial and technical joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), as well as trade remedies such as anti-dumping, countervailing, and safeguard measures. Mr. Kumar has conducted extensive legal due diligence for corporate transactions and advised several companies in setting up operations in India, navigating legal, regulatory, and compliance frameworks.
He has represented clients in complex commercial, civil, and corporate disputes before various judicial and quasi-judicial bodies including the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT, NCLAT, DRT, DRAT, and consumer forums. He has also made successful policy representations before government authorities on behalf of industry associations, contributing to key regulatory developments.

Mr. Manish Choudhary

Mr. Choudhary is a seasoned litigator with more than 3 decades of active practice before the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He is an alumnus of Campus Law Centre, Delhi University (Class of 1993) and throughout his distinguished career, he has had the privilege of working alongside and assisting several eminent legal luminaries, including Dr. L.M. Singhvi, Dr. A.K. Sen, Shri U.R. Lalit, Shri Dushyant Dave, Shri Arun Jaitley, Shri R.F. Nariman, Shri Mukul Rohatgi, Shri Kapil Sibal, and Shri P. Chidambaram.
He is empanelled with numerous government bodies and private entities. His vast litigation experience spans across Civil, Criminal, Constitutional, Consumer, Arbitration, Corporate, Company Law, Service, and Intellectual Property matters, appearing before courts and tribunals at all levels, from Trial Courts to the Hon’ble Supreme Court.

Ms. Namita Choudhary

Our in-house Advocate-on-Record at the Supreme Court of India who has been in legal practice since 1993. She possesses extensive experience in handling original, appellate, and writ jurisdiction matters before various courts of law. Her areas of specialization include Civil and Matrimonial Disputes.
She served as the Standing Counsel for the State of Uttarakhand before Supreme Court for over 9 years. A certified mediator, Ms. Choudhary is empanelled with the Supreme Court Mediation Centre and has participated in multiple mediation training programs, including those conducted by Delhi Dispute Resolution Society and the MCPC in coordination with Supreme Court Bar Association.
With an experience of more than 3 decades on this field, she has successfully helped various companies as well as individuals to settle complex disputes with her extraordinary negotiation and communication skills. She has also actively worked as an External Member of Internal Complaints Committees under the POSH Act for reputed organizations including Greenfuel Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and Safexpress Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Mishra began his legal career in the year 2000 and has developed deep expertise in Real Estate and Property Law. A strong advocate for women’s rights and workplace equality, she has served as President of the Arbitration & Conciliation Council, Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (WICCI). Her career also includes senior roles in legal advisory and mediation training both in India and abroad.
